Bequests

In planning to leave a bequest in your will to the Sir Victor Davies Foundation you are advised to:

• get professional advice with drawing up or amending your will
• discuss all the terms with your legal advisor
• appoint competent trustees and executors to ensure special conditions are met
  and
• talk to us about what you would like to do.

Your bequest will be effectively used and the resultant benefits will be on-going well beyond your lifetime.

Please find below a guideline wording for such a bequest: -

"I give the Sir Victor Davies Trust Foundation the sum of $......../.... of my residuary estate/the balance of my estate/the following property or assets (delete as appropriate) to be used for a specific purpose of the Foundation/unrestricted gift to the Sir Victor Davies Foundation (delete or reword as appropriate), for which the receipt of the Sir Victor Davies Foundation shall be sufficient discharge to my trustees."
